Currently General Manager of the Paccar Technical Center in Mt Vernon, Washington, Bob Morrison was previously chief engineer of Peterbilt Trucks, a division of Paccar Corporation, located in Denton, Texas. Before joining Paccar, he worked for 13 years at Freightliner in Portland, heading the style and design departments where his efforts contributed to the development of an aerodynamic truck design that has become the most popular and largest volume truck in the history of Freightliner. Prior to joining Freightliner he worked at Ford Motor Company. Morrison is a registered professional engineer and an active member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, serving as chair of the ¾«¶«Ó°ÊÓ Section and a member of the International Section Board. He is currently a board member of the Truck Manufacturers Association.
